Shelander Inspection Services is owned by Scott Shelander, a life long resident of Beaumont for 60+ years.  During those 60+ years he attended Lamar University receiving 2 bachelor degrees.  He has over 35 years experience in the residential and commercial building industry, along with home and commercial re-modeling.  He has also been a licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector since 2009 and a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for over 45 years.  He understands the inspection process, your needs and concerns as having been on both sides of the transactions for many years.  As a Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Inspector, Real Estate Investor and Builder He has the experience you deserve in preforming your inspections.  

He built his first home in 1980 and has to continued to build residential and commercial structures over the past 45+ years.   In addition to currently constructing new homes in the surrounding areas he also builds new homes in the Crystal Beach and Port Bolivar area.

He consistently exceed all industry standards with continuing education and training in all relevant inspection issues.

He prides himself as being non-biased and objective while providing the client with a thorough inspection report.

He is fully insured as required by The Texas Real Estate Commission.
